So I have been listening to the new album backspacer by pearl jam lately. I'm really into it, especially the single " Just Breathe" It's one of those songs you could listen to over and over and again, and actually think about it after. christmas is coming!

Christmas is coming up pretty quickly this year. We were supposed to decorate today, but it didn't happy. John has to work! Bummer. I have done a lot of my Christmas shopping already - I have also done a lot of my I'm going Christmas shopping and come home with a $100 in new make-up.

What's a girl to do?

Anyways, I've started a lot of my Christmas baking. I made these amazing cookies, chewy chocolate chip cookies, but at Christmas time I replace the chocolate chips with various Hershey chocolates. I think I would like to start a baking blog, but I need a nice camera.

Who knows. When I decorate I'm posting a picture of a my tree!

I have recently lost my friend in a car accident (August 30th), I've been down in the dumps since than, until this past weekend when the most wonderful thing ever happened. I'll post more about it on the weekend though.

I'm not sure why I even have a blog, no one I know uses blogger and I have no idea to get followers, but one day when I do, they will be able to read this.

everything is right

you know that feeling when everything literally feels like has fallen in to place and your all set to begin your life. Not your own life, but the life you want to share with someone. I'm so happy I've found that. It feels good to know someone wants to be part of that life.

a few movie reviews:

D-9 (District 9):
This was the most amazing sci-fi movie I have ever seen. This movie is so action packed the whole way through. The best/worst thing about it is that the movie is able to literally grab a hold of you. You will feel emotions for the two main Characters: Sharlto Copley as Wikus Van De Merwe and Christopher Johnson (alien). There is no escaping this.

The pacing of the movie must be mentioned. From one thing to another, it doesn't stop. There is no pointless scenes or lull to fill time. Overall good movie and a must see.

500 Days of Summer:

500 Days of summer is a funny boy meets girl story where Joseph Gordon-Levitt "Tom Hansen" meets Zooey Deschanel "Summer". Tom falls in love with Summer and knows shes the one. Summer continues to string him a long. The movie is quite humorous. The Narrator says " you should know this is not a love story", but it is a love story because you can't help feeling warm and fuzzy and feeling like you just fell that much more for the one you love.

I don't know If I just loved this movie because I like both Zooey and Joseph, as does my significant other however it seemed everyone enjoyed it. There was tears that began from laughter. It's a must see if you in for an indie flick.

G.I JOE: The Rise Of Cobra

Channing Tantum is the main character Duke. Incase you don't know Channing was also the leading role in Step Up. Yes Step Up. This will be all you can think about during the movie. This movie would have been amazing if they had a good cast but Channing, really? boy if you want to dance than dance.

Robert Downey Jr.

Hugh Jackman

would have made this a good movie. Channing Tantum, that is all, make you own decision on this one.
